MammyHug ships worldwide from two locations:
- Florida, USA (Fulfillment Center)
- Ukraine (Main Production Workshop)
The shipping method for your order depends on stock availability at the nearest facility.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing time is not included in the transit time.
We offer the following delivery options within the USA:
Economy
Delivery: 4–9 business days
Carrier: UPS or USPS
Standard
Delivery: 4–6 business days
Carrier: UPS or USPS
Express
Order by 12:00 PM (Noon ET)
Processing begins the same day
Delivery: 2–3 business days
Carrier: FedEx
P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO
Ships via Economy only.
Transit times may vary by region.
Freight Forwarders
We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
For customers outside the USA (when stock is available in Florida):
Economy International
Delivery: 7–14 business days
Carrier: UPS International Economy (DDU / DAP)
International shipments may require customs clearance.
Customs charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
If your item ships from our workshop in Ukraine, delivery times are typically:
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–15 business days
- Australia: 12–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
We use reliable international carriers (Ukrposhta, UPS, DHL partners).
All shipments include tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can also view tracking updates in your MammyHug account.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, and any safe delivery spots.
- Review tracking details for delivery notes or a pickup location.
- Contact the carrier to start an investigation:

Before Shipment
Yes — we can update your address before the order ships.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
After Shipment
Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.
However, you may request changes directly from the carrier.

Note: Modifying an address may delay delivery and may incur fees paid directly to the carrier.
International shipments (outside the USA) are sent DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place) unless stated otherwise.
This means local authorities may collect:
- import VAT
- customs duties
- brokerage fees
- handling/clearance fees
These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
We ship worldwide except locations restricted by carriers, sanctions, or local regulations.
If we cannot deliver to your address, we will cancel and refund your order.
