Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping to the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand & Ukraine.
Free standard shipping is available for all eligible destinations.
Products are made in Ukraine. Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Florida, USA or directly from our workshop in Ukraine, depending on stock availability. The origin of your shipment is determined by item availability at the time of packaging.
1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Cost
Standard Shipping (Free)
Tracked door-to-door courier delivery. A tracking number is provided once the order ships.
Express Shipping (Optional, Paid)
Express options may appear at checkout where available. Any express fee is shown before payment.
We do not offer in-person pickup.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days)
Shipments from Florida Fulfillment Center (USA):

USA: 6–8 business days

Canada: 10–14 business days
Shipments from Ukraine (Main Warehouse):

USA: 7–15 business days

Canada: 10–15 business days

Europe & UK: 10–15 business days

Australia & Other Eligible Regions: 10–21 business days

Ukraine: 1–3 business days (door-to-door courier)
Remote locations or peak season may add 3–7 additional days.
Delivery windows are calculated from the shipment date (after processing).
4. Service Areas & Restrictions
We ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand & Ukraine.
We do not ship to locations restricted by carriers, customs regulations, or international sanctions.
If we cannot ship to your address after checkout, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
5. Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
Risk of loss transfers upon the carrier’s delivery scan.
Some carriers may require a signature for higher-value parcels or at their discretion.
6. Customs, VAT & Import Duties (DAP)
International shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms® 2020) unless otherwise stated.
United States
Import duties, processing fees, and local taxes may be applied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the carrier.
These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the customer’s responsibility.
MammyHug does not add any additional fees beyond the amount paid at checkout.
European Union & United Kingdom
Import VAT and customs duties are not included in checkout totals.
These fees may be collected by customs authorities or your courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) upon delivery.
Ukraine
Domestic orders within Ukraine are delivered duty-paid with no import charges.
Other regions
Orders shipped to other eligible destinations follow their local import and taxation rules.
We are not responsible for customs delays or carrier backlogs.
7. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Address changes can be made only before shipment.
After dispatch, we cannot reroute packages.
Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unclaimed delivery may be:

reshipped (additional postage may apply), or

refunded minus any paid shipping upgrades.
8. Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in one order may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
