Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in the original packaging. To arrange a return, write to us and we will explain the process in detail.
Once
your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return
process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will
notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take
up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information
shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be
processed back to your original form of payment.
Most of the items in the "Accessories" category are available in our warehouse in Florida. For customers in the USA and Canada, we ship from there:
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 10–14 business days
We ship international orders (all product categories) from Ukraine using reliable postal services. Delivery times vary by recipient country and are typically:
- USA: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 10-15 business days
- Europe and UK: 10-15 business days
- Other regions: 10-21 business days
We select only high-quality and natural materials (wool, cotton, linen, bamboo, modal, silk, etc.) so that the products are soft, comfortable and safe for sensitive skin.
Yes — you can exchange your item for a different size or color within the same model.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, but we take care of the new shipment back to you free of charge.
Orders
Yes, you can edit or cancel your order within 6 hours after placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Unfortunately, we do not fulfill individual orders by size or color. All products are manufactured in small batches in a carefully selected size grid and color palette. This helps us maintain the quality, environmental friendliness and availability of products.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Once we process your order, you'll receive an email notification that it's shipped, along with the tracking number and link. You can also check your order status in your account.

In most countries, small orders are duty-free. If additional charges apply in your country, you will be notified by the postal service.
