Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Email us at hello@mammyhug.com with your Order Number — we’ll provide approval, instructions, and the correct return address.
Once your return is on the way back, it enters our processing queue.
After the parcel is delivered and inspected, we’ll notify you if the return is approved or declined.
This usually takes up to 5 business days after delivery to our facility.
Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Yes — exchanges within the same model are available when stock permits.
Return shipping is paid by the customer; the replacement shipment from us is free.

- Canada: 10–14 business days
From Ukraine (all product categories):
- USA: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days

Processing time (1–3 business days) is not included in transit times.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Yes, you can edit or cancel your order within 6 hours after placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately.
After shipment, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier:

Yes, we offer free standard shipping to the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand & Ukraine.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
International customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees charged by their local authorities.
Once we process your order, you'll receive an email notification that it's shipped, along with the tracking number and link. You can also check your order status in your account.

Unfortunately, we do not fulfill individual orders by size or color. All products are manufactured in small batches in a carefully selected size grid and color palette. This helps us maintain the quality, environmental friendliness and availability of products.
