Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return it under the terms below.

1) Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, please ship the item back within 7 days.

  • EU & UK customers: you also have a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel your order without giving a reason. If you exercise this right, you must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods or acceptable proof of return, including the standard outbound delivery cost (any express upgrade isn’t refunded).

2) Condition of Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Try-ons at home are fine, but items must show no signs of wear.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • No restocking fees.

3) Non-Returnable Items (except where required by law)

  • Made-to-order or personalized items.

  • Sealed items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, bodysuits, socks) if unsealed after delivery.

  • Final sale items (this doesn’t limit statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK customers).

4) Return Shipping & Methods

  • By mail only (we don’t accept in-person returns).

  • For size/style/preference returns, customers pay the return shipping.

  • EU & UK cooling-off: customers also pay the cost of return shipping (disclosed before purchase).

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping (typically via a prepaid label) or provide an equivalent remedy.

  • You’ll receive the return address and RMA instructions after approval. Please do not send any item back without RMA.

  • For international returns, mark the parcel “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available when stock permits. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund once the return is received.

6) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is delivered and inspected (your bank may need 5–10 business days to process).

  • Original shipping charges:

    • EU/UK cooling-off: we refund the standard outbound delivery cost; any express upgrade is not refunded.

    • Other returns (preference/fit): original shipping is not refunded.

  • We may withhold a refund until we receive the goods or acceptable proof of return (EU/UK).

7) Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid label or other appropriate remedy.

8) How to Start a Return

  • Email mammyhugstore@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with approval, return address, and RMA instructions.
