I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchanges details
1) You can cancel the order and receive full refund, if the item is not shipped yet
2) After you receive an item and it doesn’t correspond the description, you can return the item in 14 days, receive full refund (item’s selling price + shipping) and you just have to pay the back postage. The parcel’s price must be less than US $100, otherwise customs clearance in Ukraine is due to the buyer (20-30%). The item must have an original look.
3)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4) The parcel must have the registered tracking number. I do not accept return parcels without tracking numbers.
5) Please note, the shipping price can be more expensive in your country, not as in Ukraine. The buyer pays back postage.
6) Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
But if the item is as described or you have ordered the wrong size, I will not refund. All products are checked for compliance with your measurements or specified size in the size chart.
Also I will not refund, if I mailed you to confirm your measurements and you didn't answer.
